GSWL-SR33 STEREO TO MONO CONVERTER
GENERAL
This subrack contains 5 converters.
Each converter is designed to accept unbalanced stereo signals at domestic
levels and convert them to balanced mono signals at professional levels. Each
converter is constructed on a separate PCB type GSQ76. Drawing number A2-14576
shows the front and rear view of the unit.
VARIATIONS
The subrack can be supplied with 1,
2, 3, 4 or 5 converter cards fitted.
CIRCUIT DETAILS
Although the input connectors are unbalanced phonos, the input stages
are electronically balanced so that the earth reference for the phonos can be
taken from the equipment feeding this subrack. It is, of course, essential that
the phono sleeves find earth somewhere. A multi-turn front panel preset is
provided to accommodate a range of possible input levels.
POWER SUPPLIES
This unit has it’s own mains power supply.
