Custom Manufacture

All of our products are designed and manufactured by ourselves in our own factory. There are 2 sides to our manufacturing processes, one which is capable of low cost mass production and the other geared up entirely for very low volume (1 or 2 off) design and manufacturing runs.

Custom manufacture is a very important part of our business. Our view is that the engineers who use our equipment and request custom manufactured products have a much better idea of what products are missing from the marketplace than us. Therefore we like to design and make 'custom' equipment because this normally leads to another product that we can sell to other customers! In fact nearly 80% of all the products that we now manufacture started life as custom products. 

We have several engineers whose sole jobs are to design and make custom audio broadcast equipment. These engineers have many years of experience of taking clients ideas and turning them into finished products, so don't worry if you've never specified custom equipment before we'll make sure you get the product that you need.

All designs and manufacturing is done in house. We have lasers for printing panels (which means we can print 1 off panels), we have pcb manufacturing equipment (which means we can make just 1 pcb without it costing the earth), we have huge stocks of components (meaning no expensive 1 off parts) but most importantly we have the skills and experience to provide products on time and on budget.
